Project consisted in removing the old roof and dispose of. Replace ply wood. Install coping metal on parapet walls. Install modified rolled roofing - traveling great distances to complete each project - we had over 75 workers on this project. cordinating labor and materials was exilerating and executed in a very professional manor.

SABINO CANYON CONDOMINUMS IN TUCSON, AZ.
Over 100 units. All elastomeric tie-tex roofing system. The project was extremely unique, that the elastomeric roof coating on a portion of the C project was pastel colors on a bermuda roof style - about 2/3 of the project was white elastomeric roof coatings on flat roofing areas. It was all new construction, in which we worked in unison with all the other trades and contractors. When we completed the elastomeric tie-tex roof system it turned out aesthetically beautiful and very durable for the Arizona weather conditions - saving the owner on utility costs - and lasted a very long time.

C.O.T.A. CORRECTIONAL OFFICER TRAINING ACCADAMEY
A project in Tucson, Az. consisted of roof removal and disposal, replacing ply wood, installing 30 year dimentional shingles. We worked this during monsoon season, meaning everything we removed or opened on the roof would have to be covered that very day or in some cases the same hour. The project turned out absolutely beautiful.

SCOTTSDALE EAST APPARTMENTS, SCOTTSDALE, AZ.
This Scottsdale project consisted in removing the old dimensional roofing shingles and disposing of them. Inspection of ply wood condition - in most cases, replacing most of the ply wood, initiating facia repair, siding repair and lifting and roofing under numerous air units and heat pumps. Then installing new a.s.t.m. felt paper, all new components, modified roll roofing on the patios, then final installation of 30 year dimensional shingles.
